Verification

How to request verification

Site owners can request verification for their platform. The process is free and requires meeting a set of baseline requirements before we begin our verification process.

Requirements

Your site must meet all of the following before submitting a request:

  • Active for 6+ months - your site must have been publicly accessible and processing transactions for at least six months. New launches need time to build a track record
  • Public contact information - a real business address, support email, and at least one other contact method (live chat, phone, or social media) must be visible on your site
  • Registered business entity - you must be able to provide business registration documents when requested
  • Willing to cooperate with purchase tests - our team will create accounts, make deposits, and complete transactions on your site. You must not block or interfere with these tests
  • Existing user base - your site should have active users and a history of completed transactions. We do not verify sites with no transaction history

How to submit

Send your request to verify@tested.gg with the following information:

  • Your site's URL
  • Business name and registration country
  • A brief description of your services and which categories your site covers
  • Your preferred contact person and email for verification-related communication

What happens next

After we receive your request:

  1. We confirm your site meets the baseline requirements (typically within 5 business days)
  2. If eligible, we schedule the full verification - identity check, security audit, and purchase tests
  3. The process takes 2-4 weeks depending on the number of categories we need to test
  4. We notify you of the result with a detailed report

The full process takes 2–4 weeks depending on the number of categories we need to test. There is no way to expedite the timeline.

If your site does not meet the requirements, we explain what needs to change. You can re-submit once the gaps are addressed. There is no limit on re-submissions, but each one restarts the review from the beginning.
